    Our brief was a 3 year CRM customer journey across 68 multi-lingual markets to acquire new customers, break down brand perceptions, increase customer retention and introduce advocacy.
    Harley Davidson acquired 75,000+ new customers (150% of target) and saw an incremental increase in customer retention of 70% (target 20-35%).

    O2 briefed us to introduce a CRM strategy for their pay as you go customers. Their aim was to create a good experience for customers and to increase spend per customer by £10 at weekends. We over delivered on the experience and increased customer spend to £22.50 per customer.

    Given complete access to the sample libraries of Chemical Brothers and Basement Jaxx, we developed an online sequencing and mixing application in Flash.

    Uniquely, this bespoke application allowed visitors to arrange sound files and render them as downloadable MP3s. Thus consumers could mix and master new tracks online. Amplifying the activity, we created a vibrant online community of over 10,000 DJs and producers.
